Choose a starting point
Focused review
When an audit, a client request or an incident has exposed a gap, start with a defined review. We agree the systems and evidence in scope, then I present the findings, priorities and practical next steps.
Defined implementation
When you know what needs fixing, I can help plan and deliver the change. For an Entra access rollout, that could include policy design, a pilot group, validation, rollback planning and handover.
Programme support
When work spans several teams or suppliers, I can coordinate the workstream, track decisions and remediation, and give leadership a clear view of progress and risk.

Yes. We agree who owns the changes, what access is needed and how the work is handed back. I can deliver a defined workstream or support your existing team.
Can you help us prepare for ISO 27001?
I can assess gaps, develop ISMS policies and processes, clarify control ownership and help prepare audit evidence. An independent certification body makes the certification decision.
Can you help arrange a penetration test?
I can define scope with your team, coordinate with an independent testing provider and track remediation and retesting.
What should I include in my enquiry?
